Building Works

Our BuildingWorks department focuses on the revitalization of neighborhoods.

We offer:
BuildingWorks provides commercial revitalization and development in low-income neighborhoods. BuildingWorks also reclaims bank-owned property for the community by purchasing and renovating foreclosed homes. We then turn them back over to our neighbors through affordable rentals and affordable homes for purchase.
