Completed: 1999
NEDCO, the City of Eugene, and O.U.R. worked collaboratively
to renovate a historic site and relocate the credit
union into the Whiteaker neighborhood. The move put
the credit union in the heart of its membership and
encouraged the development of new programs to better
serve its members.

closed, NEDCO purchased the property, encouraged new
ownership, and retained a full service grocery for the
neighborhood

Established: 2003
After suggestions from Latino homeowners, NEDCO opened
Mercado Latino, an open-air Latin American marketplace,
in downtown Eugene, Oregon. The marketplace operated
during the summer months from 2003 to 2005. |
