About NEDCO

NEDCO is a private, non-profit Community Development Corporation that has a proven history of equipping people in need with the tools and resources to succeed through homeownership, business development, and neighborhood revitalization.

We have a full-time professional staff and an annually elected, all-volunteer Board of Directors which sets policy and assists with directing the organization.

We welcome supporters of our mission and activities and have volunteer and giving opportunities that will engage you in making our community development work possible.

Tamara Harris Success Story


Tamara Harris moved to Eugene in 1994, a single mom of four and homeless. Her family lived in their car until getting into a homeless shelter where they lived for almost three months.
