This fast-track class, team-taught with an experienced group of volunteers from the real estate and lending industries, covers topics such as financial preparation, shopping for a home, mortgages, housing decisions, the closing process, and protecting your investment. Completion of the ABC's class is required for many down payment and closing cost assistance programs.

REGISTRATION
Registration prior to the class is required. A fee covers materials used in the class and must be pre-paid by attendees with a check or money order (cash is not accepted). The fee is $40 for an individual and $45 for a household buying a home together and sharing the materials. Send the registration form and fee to the Homeownership Center nearest to you.
